In that country her work focuses on building regulation, construction disputes, weathertightness and cladding matters, and the liability frameworks.

Ziggy is also a Board Member of the International Building Quality Centre 

Ziggy was part of the team that advised the New Zealand Government on the 2025 Building Act liability reform proposals approved by Cabinet — work that reflects her interest in proportionate liability and building control reform.
